Privacy policy
Arbito Threads Automation is a private posting dashboard used by one business to run its own Threads account. It drafts posts and replies, and publishes each one only after the account owner approves it on the dashboard.
What we access
- The connected account's Threads user id, username and profile picture (threads_basic).
- Permission to publish posts and replies that the owner approved (threads_content_publish).
- Replies on the owner's own posts, so the app can draft answers and hide spam (threads_read_replies, threads_manage_replies).
- Public Threads posts returned by a keyword search the owner runs, so the app can draft one comment for the owner to approve (threads_keyword_search).
What we store
- The access token, kept on our server only, never shown in the dashboard and never shared.
- Drafts, approved and published posts and replies, with their Threads ids and links.
- For keyword search: the text, username and link of a post only when a comment was drafted for it. Search results without a draft are not stored.
- Technical logs of API requests, with access tokens removed.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not post, like, follow or comment automatically. Every post and every comment is approved by a person first.
- We do not build profiles of the people whose public posts appear in a search.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the account stays connected. Disconnecting erases the access token immediately. See Data deletion to remove everything, or email public@insu.ng.
